Spiking neuron phase portrait
This is the phase portrait of my spiking neuron model.
On the horizontal axis the mV and on the vertical one an auxiliary variable.
The white box indicates at which point on the schema the neuron is.
The two white spot are at -50mV and -2mV (about). The first one is on the saddle node: very few variations make the status of the neuron go at the stationary point (on the left) or throw the spike (on the right). The green one determines in what way the neuron spike modifies its resting stationary point (refractary period) and the blue one it's the intensity of this last. The red one modify the wave shape of the neuron and determines the rheobase. Below you can see the variation of the V over the time.
The I1 parameter indicates the current injected.
There is a huge amount of things to speak about this and I cannot on this box.
