Column action potential wave

This spiking neural network has been built using this special rule: a neuron has 64 presynaptic neurons located lower into the column. as before: 20% are inhibitory and 80% are excitatory. The excitatory neuron is not the same as the one in the first video. I will upload a video about the neuron model I built to do these animations
