Cluster of neurons
Hello, this is an experiment of a cluster of 50 neurons and about 500 synapses.
All the synapses are excitatory and the signal propagation math model has been improved. The synapses locus has been calculated in a randomically so if two dendritic segments are close enough then there is a ceratin prbability that the synapse could be created. In the video you cann see the formation of yellow and charm segments; these segments constitute the pre and the post unit forming the synapse. The model used for the synapse is very very easy with a threshod imposed on the top and a 0 at the bottom. The neurons oney to a model personally developed.
