SHOPPING EN ROUTE TO ANTIQUE SHOW | VINTAGE RESELLING DAWN TO DUSK

Signs promoting "Big Bone Lick" intrigue me to leave the interstate. Rabbit Hash is on the menu, where an old-time general store revival and connections to Lewis and Clark make wandering the back way to the Boone County Fairgrounds antique show way more fun!

Then, it’s off to work for me, but setting up my show booth into the evening frees me for some extreme night shopping when the overnight dealers come to set up. We creep around in the dark and find a fab 50’s cattail lamp as we check out all the stuff we’ll be too busy to buy once the show opens at dawn. An antique and vintage shopping marathon, indeed!
