The reason of wrist pain often comes from the lack of mobility or overloading. Many people after years of inactivity start to train again, or start to train at all.

They start at home, go to the park or the gym, start doing push ups, or they wanna learn the handstand etc.

However, after the long inactive time they start to feel pain, and that can happen in any joint because of the lack of consistency and gradual use of the body.
