▪️ 5 Supersets x 2 rounds each! (40s work + 20s rest)
- Curl & Press + Tricep Push Up
- Arnold Press (R) + Arnold Press (L)
- In & Out Curls + L Raises
- Tricep Press (R) + Tricep Press (L)
- Rear Fly Combo + Walking Plank & Tap
