GROW YOUR LEGS | BRUTAL LEG WORKOUT EXPLAINED
This is one of my favorite leg workouts to really grow my legs.

Full Workout:
1. Squats 5 x 8-10 (last set double dropset to failure)
2. Romanian deadlift 4 x 12
3. Bulgarian split squat 4 x 12 each leg
4. Single leg extension 4 x 12 each leg
5. Lying hamstring curl 4 x 12
6. Seated calf raise 8 x 12-15
