Hey y'all so i had one of the BEST GLUTE/LEG WORKOUTS EVER the other day and I'm so happy i decided to film it for you guys. Let me know if you give this workout a try.
WORKOUT:

Warm up treadmill on incline 5-10min

HEAVY HIP THRUST
4 SETS 10-12 reps no more than 20 sec rest in between HOLD 3 sec last rep

SUMO DEADLIFTS
4 SETS 8-10 REPS No more than 2 min rest in between

WIDE STANCE SQUAT
4 SETS 8 REPS

BANDED BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
2 SETS 12 REPS

HAMSTRING CURLS
4 SETS 12 REPS

SMITH MACHINE REVERSE LUNGES
4 SETS 8 REPS EACH LEG

Burn out

BANDED DUMBELL GLUTE BRIDGE

4 SETS 12 REPS HOLD FOR 5 SEC AT THE TOP

All DONE 👏🏽💪🏽🍑!
