BREAK DOWN of GLUTE & LEG WORKOUT

HIIT ON TREADMILL:
- 1-2 min Walking warm-up
- Sprint 1min
- Rest 15-20 sec
- Walking Lunge 1min
- Sprint 1min
- Side Lunge (each leg) 1 min total
- Sprint 1min
REPEAT 2 more X's
BANDED GLUTE/LEG ACTIVATION:
- Squats & Kickbacks until it burns
GLUTE & LEG WORKOUT:
- Front Barbell squat 3 x10
- Deadlift 3 x 10
- Between the leg barbell lunges 3x10 (both legs = 1 set)
- Barbell Squats 3 x12
- Hip Thrust 3 x 15 (last set until burn out)
- Back Extension on Machine 3 x 12
- Back Extension w/ 10 lbs weight 3 x 15
