ROUTINES:

ROUTINE (Easier):
-Pike pushups 5 reps / 5 sets
- Pike pushups with leg lifts 3 reps / 3 sets
- HSPU negatives (on ground) 3 reps / 3 sets
- Military press 5 reps / 5 sets
- Handstand wall walks 3 reps / 4 sets
Rest between sets: 2-3min
Rest between exercises: 3-4min

ROUTINE (Harder):
- Elevated pike pushups 5 reps / 5 sets
- Elevated pike pushups with leg lifts 3 reps / 3 sets
- HSPU negatives on parallel bars 3 reps / 3 sets
- One arm military press (each arm) 5 reps / 5 sets
- Handstand wall walks + HSPU 3 reps / 4 sets
Rest between sets: 2-3min
Rest between exercises: 3-5min
