HANDSTAND TRAINING ROUTINES (Beginner - Advanced)

FULL TRAINING ROUTINES:

BEGINNER:
1. Frog stand (10-15sec)
2. Handstand – back facing the wall (kicks) (8-10 kicks)
3. Pike pushups (3-5 reps)
4. Military press (5 reps)
5. Lying shoulder lifts (3-5 reps each arm)

SETS: 3-5sets
REST: 2min between sets and 3min between exercises

INTERMEDIATE:
1. Half handstand hold (15-20sec)
2. Handstand hold – belly facing the wall (15-30sec)
3. Elevated pike pushups (4-6 reps)
4. Handstand wall walks (3-5 reps)
5. Handstand shoulder taps (5-8 reps each arm)

SETS: 3-5 sets
REST: 2min rest between sets and 3min rest between exercises

ADVANCED:
1. Freestanding handstand (15-30sec)
2. Handstand pushups (3-5 reps)
3. Handstand pushups – belly facing the wall (4-6 reps)
4. Handstand straddle to normal (8 reps)
5. Tuck handstand hold (15-20sec)

SETS: 3-5 sets
REST: 2-3min rest between sets and 3-5min rest between exercises
