The Best Granola Recipe | Healthy Granola
Granola Recipe (Makes 4 cups of Granola)
Ingredients :
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Nuts/Seeds (I used Almond and Walnut)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 cup Oil (Coconut oil/ Olive Oil/ Almond Oil/ Canola Oil)
1/4 cup Honey / Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Dried Fruits (Raisins/ Apricot/ Cranberries/ Figs/ Dates)
Methods :
1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, except the dried fruits
2. Mix well
3. Add in the oil and honey
4. Mix till well combined. Transfer onto a tray lined with baking paper
5. Bake at 160C for 25-35 minutes, tossing twice or till caramelised and golden brown
6. Remove from oven, cool slightly before add in the dried fruits
7. Stir to break the clumps
