Building World Class Mental Toughness & Fitness — Iron Wolf Style
The routine is simple, 10 rounds of 6 count burpees (30 sec rest), 10 rounds 8 count burpees (30 sec rest). The rest is programmed into the routine to give you an interval style combat sports feeling. The stimulus is to give you fighting rounds with short rest where the 30 sec rest period gives you enough time to recover slightly so you can hit the next round harder.
