Craftsman House Flip With Basement Apartment Finally Finished Bought 10/30/2018

A lot of you have asked for this video and it is finally here. I tried to shoot it about five times but our contractor could not finish the small list of items we kept giving him. We actually had to bring in one of our other guys to finish the job.

We also had a ton of other delays on this one that made this a not so fund flip to work on.

-we had issues with the electrician
-we had a flood
-we tried a new way to pay our contractor which did not work

I have been the maddest I have been in a while when I came in last week to do the video and the built-in cabinets were painted in the open position! This after I told my contractor to make sure the built-in cabinets could all open.

We were able to increase value on this one thanks to adding rooms in the basement and it should be a great property for someone to live upstairs and rent the basement.

We bought the house for $207,000, spent $70k to $80k on the rehab and will be listing it for $359,900. We also have $30,000 in other costs which include financing, selling, and carrying.
