Hot Body HIIT Workout (Katie Dunlop)

Katie Dunlop here bringing you one of my Hot Body Hit workouts. This is a FULL body burn. You'll literally be working every inch of your body. This goes all the way for 5 full minutes, so, make sure you're fully prepped for this one!

I'll give you options for some of these. For example, our plank crunch can go two different ways. Feel free to use the easier plank method if you're new to this! Further, our star jumps get a little rough, so I'll also show you the "easy" version of this one as well. Prepare for full-body soreness after this one!
