More than 20 cats and kittens began their new lives on May 12 when Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue came forward to help with a hoarding case in Armstrong County, PA involving more than 60 felines in an apartment.

Humane Officers continue to work with the owners of the remaining dozen or so cats.

Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue in Apollo, PA is looking for foster homes and donations. All felines will be available for new homes once they have medical attention, are spayed and vaccinated.
