Rescues & Shelters Needed! 5 dogs living in squalor

Five dogs remain in a home filled with feces, flies and garbage after their owner was incarcerated.

A humane officers visits daily to let them out and feed them. They are overjoyed to see her, love attention, laying in the sunshine when she lets them out, and prefers to eat when she is in the kitchen with them.

These dogs have been surrendered to Orphans of the Storm in Kittanning, PA. But, the shelter doesn't have space to take them.

The shelter is appealing to other shelters and rescues so that these dogs can be removed from this revolting environment before their owner returns home, perhaps as soon as Nov. 1.
