Rookery on Shoppers Drive just before sunset

Just off the eternally congested Highway 19 in Port Richey, Florida, there's an immense rookery situated in the upper limbs of a modest cypress grove emerging from a drainage pond. While alligators patrol the waters below, the birds - mostly great egrets, white ibis and wood storks (with an anhinga and a cormorant or two and some glossy or white-faced ibis - not sure which but they're both brown) - bespeckling the raucous flocks. The music is clipped from Camille Saint-Saëns' "The Carnival of the Animals - X. Aviary" as performed by the Seattle Youth Symphony and obtained from musopen.org.
