Back Pain Regression Ideas For When Things Go Wrong

This is a follow-up video to the previous overview video that discussed the importance of creating a relief workout or set of exercises to use when things go wrong during your injury rehabilitation. This video I look very specifically at back pain and provide you with some ideas to use. It is important to understand that these are not the only exercises I might use for there are plenty of other things I may need to do depending on the person. The main purpose of this video was to give you a better understanding of the concept of finding ways to continue exercising and improving the things you need to work on without aggravating your injury. The worst thing you can do is nothing and rest for this will guarantee more compensation, more stiffness, and eventually chronic pain that will take a long time to resolve. The sooner you can find a way to adjust your training the better and this video hopefully gives you some ideas to explore.
