The Living and the Dead — 2016

What a criminally underrated series. With only 6 episodes, The Living and the Dead has accomplished what often takes 6 seasons for many television shows. The depths and layers of its characters are the pinnacle of successful storytelling. Although a second series wasn't commissioned by the BBC (who is infamous for pulling the plug on many of my favorite short-lived series), this story was beautifully, conclusively told.

Additional audio samples were taken from one of Colin's upcoming projects: "The Coming of the Martians", a faithful audio dramatisation of H. G. Wells original 1897 story THE WAR OF THE WORLDS.
