hiroshima mon amour — 1959

I absolutely adored this film after watching it during my cinema class screening a few nights ago. This is such a short little montage I threw together this afternoon, but hopefully this video captures the atmosphere of Hiroshima Mon Amour that has forever captivated me. The passionate yet implausible romance arc juxtaposed with this unwavering fear of letting go of the past is simply too beautiful to witness only once.
