圣诞树奶油曲奇【小美版 】简单易做 好看又好吃 Super easy and tasty Christmas Tree #buttercookies with #thermomix
Christmas Tree Butter Cookies
250g unsalted butter (soften)
70g icing sugar
3g salt (omit if you are using salted butter)
235g low protein flour/cake flour (shifted)
90g corn flour (shifted)
5g cocoa powder
5g matcha powder
some mini stick biscuits
Decoration:
cake sprinkle
white chocolate 50g
piping bag + piping tip(#22 or tip with bigger opening)
Step:
1. Put in butter, icing sugar and salt, mix for 35sec/sp3.5
2. Add in corn flour & low protein flour/cake flour, mix 15sec/sp3.
3. Divide the dough into 2 or 3 portions depends on the flavours you prefer.
4.Place in 1 portion of dough and matcha powder, 10sec/sp3.5 (repeat the same steps for cocoa powder)
5. Pipe the mixture into christmas tree shape and fridge for 15mins.
6. At the same time preheat the oven to 170C and bake for 15mins (monitor your own oven temperature).
7. Melt the white chocolate with double boiled method and pour it into a piping bag.
8.Decorate the cookies with white chocolate and some sugar beads.

70G 糖粉
3G 盐(如果用有盐奶油则无需加入)
235G 低筋面粉 (过筛)
90G 玉米淀粉(过筛)
5G 可可粉
5G 抹茶粉
迷你手指饼干
装饰:
糖珠&白巧克力 50G
裱花袋+裱花嘴(22号或比较大孔的裱花嘴)
步骤 :
1. 加入牛油、糖粉和盐,35秒/速度3.5。
2. 加入玉米淀粉和低筋面粉 15秒/速度3.5。
3.根据你要的口味把面糊分成 2或3份。(原味、抹茶、巧克力)
4.放入1份面团,加入抹茶粉,10秒/速度3.5混合。 (取出,继续以同样步骤加可可粉)
5.把面团各别放入已装好花嘴的裱花袋,跟着打印出来的圣诞树图案,挤出圣诞树的形状,放入冰箱冷藏定型
15分钟。
6.同时预热烤箱170度,烤15分钟(烤箱温度仅供参考,需依自家烤箱做出调整)
7.隔水融化白巧克力,倒入裱花袋,剪一小个洞。
8.把白巧克力挤在圣诞树上,撒上一些糖珠做装饰。
