轻松烤出不变形爱心奶油曲奇【零失败 适合新手】How to make Heart Shape Butter Cookies #buttercookiesrecipe
食材:
低粉320克
奶油 160克
糖粉 60克
全蛋液50克
粉色色素
做法:
1.先软化黄油加入糖粉,打发至蓬松发白
2.鸡蛋打散,蛋液分两次加入(每加一次混合均匀再加)
3.面粉过筛加入翻拌均匀
4.分成两份,其中一团加入色素调色
5.冰箱冷藏30分钟~
6.把面团擀平,用模具压出形状
7.印好脱模,放置烤盘
8.再冷藏30分钟
9.烤箱160度烤25-20 分钟,后10分钟盖上锡箔纸~就完成啦
❤️温馨提示:
操作途中若面团变得太软,可再冷藏使其变硬一些以方便操作
避免曲奇烤好变形,面团需先冷藏30分钟才烤
Ingredients:
320 grams of low protein flour
160g butter
60g powdered sugar
50g whole egg
pink colouring
Steps:
1. First soften butter, add powdered sugar, and beat until fluffy and white
2. Beat the eggs and add the egg liquid in two times (mix well after each addition)
3. Sift the flour, add in and mix well
4. Divide into two parts, add colour to one of them
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
6. Roll out the dough and press out the shape with a mold
7. Print out the mold and place it on the baking tray
8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes
9. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25-20 minutes, cover with aluminium foil for the next 10 minutes~ it's done
❤️Reminder:
If the dough becomes too soft, it can be refrigerated again for easier handling
To prevent the cookies from being deformed after baking, the dough needs to be refrigerated for 30 minutes before baking
