Well, this was an unpleasant surprise :( My business partner drove by this house last week but we didn't have time to access it before agreeing to purchase it. It is obviously in need of rehab but we took the gamble as we knew it was in a good neighborhood for a flip. We weren't expecting what we found in the basement. Flipping houses is like a box of chocolates. This house is completely flooded with over 44"" of water in the basement.
