In this video I am going to talk about the difference between actually saving money and just spending less.

Don't let the retailers fool you. They spend billions of dollars on marketing to separate you from your hard earned money while having you believe you are actually saving money.

- 73% of us will charge gifts to our credit card
- 40 million of us are still paying for purchases made last year
- Men spend more than women
- A lot of "deals" are actually inflated and aren't really deals at all
- You can't even remember most of the items you bought last year

If you're in debt, if your finances are a mess, (this is 85% of us) then try doing something free like going for a hike this Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

If your money situation is good and/or you don't care if you work 40/hrs a week until you are 93, go but all the 4k TV's you want!
