Back, Biceps and Shoulder Workout: Dumbbell or Band Only

Hey Fam and welcome back for another workout. This is the perfect compliment to one of my spin classes. All you need is a pair of dumbbells or a set of bands.

Here is your workout:
Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next 20s on and 10s rest. 30s rest in between each move with a minute rest halfway through.

1. Bent Over Row
2. Bicep Curl
3. Reverse Fly
4. Hammer Curl
5. Upright Row
6. Zottoman Curl
