So you have been losing weight, and now you want to ensure it's going to keep happening. We have a few options.

1000 calorie diets, 800 calorie diet and even extreme 500 calorie per day diets seem to be the norm but I want you to stop thinking that way. Fat loss does not have to be about eating ultra low calories.
