Training and Posing for the NPC Bikini Division with coach and client Maria Nemethy. Maria is a few weeks out from stage so she came to Tampa to my gym to train, pose and discuss final changes before we hit the stage in a few weeks.

As we get closer to stage it's important to see the details of the physique so the we can make adjustments to things like posing, body fat and determine the look we are after.

Maria Nemethy is a coach for Pro Physique as well as my client. She is an amazing person, even better athlete.
