Perfect Pre Workout Meal | Leg Day Explained

One hour before I trained legs with my friend Ron Parmeter I sat down to eat. My pre workout meal had a lot of protein, a lot of carbs and then I got in my Core Fury Pre Workout.

I am currently doing a Push Pull and Legs routine so today we go through and explain all the lower body movements.

Hack Squats, Stiff Leg Deadlift, Step Back Lunges, Leg Curls and Leg Extensions are all part of the program today.

Such a great day in the gym!
