Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds one after the other for 4 straight rounds (no rest in between rounds) Total Time = 16 minutes
1. Side to Side Burpees
2. Plank Hip Dips (4) to Plank Raise (2)
3. Jumping Jacks (4) to Tuck Jumps (2)
4. Walkout Push Ups
