4 Minute Tabata Lower Abs Workout
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest one after the other for 2 straight rounds. Total Time = 4 minutes

1. Reverse Abs Crunches
2. Seated Large Flutter Kicks
3. Slow Mountain Climbers to Rotational Climbers
4. Oblique In and Outs
