Lean Muscle Home Dumbbell Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other. After you complete all exercises, rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3 total rounds
Advanced – 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest
1. Reverse Dumbbell Lunges 1:32
2. Alternating Bent Over Rows 2:25
3. Alternating Chest Press 3:31
4. Hammer Curls 4:30
5. Alternating Skull Crushers 5:29
6. Alternating Shoulder Press 6:29
