If depression is present in your life, I want to tell you there is hope. Hope of living a life without it. Its not going to be easy but it will get easer. If you are really in a dark place I encourage you to talk to someone. You shouldn't have to go through it alone, I've been there and I know it hurts both emotionally and physically. Bu there is healing when you want something bad enough YOU CAN BE HEALED ...IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN.
