Glute workout 🍑🔥

A1. Weighted lateral leg raises
A2. Banded Squat pulses
A3. Banded Lateral squat walks
A4. Banded frog pumps shoulders elevated.
A5. Bulgarian split squats
15-30 reps each 2 - 4 rounds of this

Finisher: 25 reps of each no breaks
1.Banded frog pumps
2.Banded bridge thruster
3.Banded bridge fly
4.Standing banded abductions
SHRED 1.0 Starts January
