Today's video I'll be taking you through an awesome full-body hit workout to burn fat and tone up.

This workout is LIVE time meaning you can do this right along with me. This workout can be done in the comfort of your home, all you need are a set of Dumbbells and or bands.

In the workout ill explain each of the exercises and give modifications for everything.

4 Circuits today!
#1 circuit 10-minute AMRAP
8 reps each exercise and +2 reps to each exercise each round. your goal is to try and get as high up the ladder count as you can in 10 minutes.
1. Squat thrusters
2. Romain dead lift with upright row
3. Mini band pull aparts
4. knee ins

Circuit #2 10-minute AMRAP
8 reps each exercise and +2 reps to each exercise each round. your goal is to try and get as high up the ladder count as you can in 10 minutes.
1. half burpee
2. in- out pop squat with db punches
3. Sumo squat with curl to O/H press
4. Plank knee dips

Circuit #3 10-minute AMRAP
8 reps each exercise and +2 reps to each exercise each round. your goal is to try and get as high up the ladder count as you can in 10 minutes.
1. Mini band goblet squats
2. Hanging reverse abductions
3. Donkey kick to fire hydrant combo
4. Plank jack jumps to bear crawl jump combo

Circuit #4 4 minute AMRAP
8 reps each exercise and +2 reps to each exercise each round. your goal is to try and get as high up the ladder count as you can in 10 minutes.
1. Froggie crunch
2. side plank dips
3. DB overs
