This 45 MIN ABS AND LEGS WORKOUT is ALL about working that lower body and those lower abs! We love a leg and abs workout at home, so grab your dumbbells and if you don't have dumbbells you'd be surprised what you have at home that double as dumbbells. We always love incorporating abs with our workouts so this abs and legs workout does it all. This abs and legs workout with weights is 45 minutes so grab your water and a towel and let's get into it!
