Grab some Dumbbells and try this 20 Minute Dumbbell Abs & Legs Workout. Complete two or three times every week. This workout is great to do if you're looking to burn fat & build muscle at the same time. I used 20lbs dumbbells for this. Use any weights between 5-30lbs.
