Mariano Pucciarelli discusses the negative impacts of the use of 21st century technology on people's lives, and how to escape a cycle of anxiousness and mental disturbance that follows it. Have you ever felt like our lives are so fast-paced you do not have time to take a breath? We always have somewhere to be and something to do, which can make us very stressed. Arguably, we have gotten so used to this pace we don’t realise when it results in unwanted habits. In my talk, I will explore how our modern society’s freneticism has affected our way of living and the ways in which we can attempt to have a balanced lifestyle.
