Team collaboration is the key to effective performance, which leads to goal attainment. The reality of it, however, is more challenging than it looks. Not all teams can work together, and sometimes we find ourselves in an unsupportive work environment. This could lead to a nightmare, but giving up is not an option. This reason is why change is needed, and change starts with ourselves!

Our topic, “Guide to Collaborate Effectively in an Unfavorable Team”, would greatly benefit you on this matter. A session on this topic presents tips and tricks for collaborating in an unsupportive team. We aim to raise awareness of colleagues’ diversity of minds and personalities and further motivate you to cooperate and achieve performance effectiveness. Mr. Reza was one of UPH's alumni back in 2009, and now he is the CEO and one of the co-founders of Artisan Professionnel, a professional makeup brand aiming to take the global stage in the professional makeup industry. The success behind ArtisanPRO comes along with the great challenge of achieving effective people management and teamwork in order to establish a strong brand position in the highly competitive makeup industry.
