Dr. Zubin D’souza’s talk was inspired by the Mahabharata and the experiences he
had as a professional chef.

With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Zubin has led F&B operations for leading global brands across the globe including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriot, Sheraton and MARS Enterprises among others.

Dr. Zubin is also the author of over 11 culinary and leadership books with global publications. Dr. Zubin holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and an MBA, and is an alumnus of the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development. A skilled F&B professional, he is recognised for being a visionary creator of award-winning dining experiences, and his culinary dishes are influenced by culturally diverse regions around the world.
