巧克力慕斯蛋糕 Mouth-watering Chocolate Mousse Cake

这款巧克力慕斯,巧克力味浓郁,不甜不腻,口感绵软的, 虽然叫慕斯,但其实里面没有添加任何凝固剂,比如吉利丁,所以吃起来更健康。

首先我们做好了一个六寸的可可戚风蛋糕, 制作方法可观看我之前做的视频“可可/巧克力戚风蛋糕” (视频链接:https://youtu.be/P0w0gUgvBCw)

步骤
1. 将蛋糕分层, 把蛋糕翻个个儿,放在转台上,一手按着蛋糕表面旋转,一手用带锯齿的长刀往蛋糕中央分层,动作要轻柔。 我一共分了4个平均厚度的蛋糕片。

2. 现在来做Chocolate ganache. 加热淡奶油至快煮开,关火,倒入装有巧克力豆的容器内, 搅拌到巧克力豆完全融化, 等温度降到室温后, 取大约100克放入量杯内备用,其他放入冰箱冷藏柜大约10分钟后,中速搅拌至直钩状即可。

3. 取一个6寸蛋糕托,外面套上慕斯圈, 放入第一层蛋糕片, 用裱花袋装入圆形裱花嘴挤上一层巧克力ganache, 然后用小刮刀铺平,重复以上动作,将最平整的蛋糕片平铺在最顶部,挤上一层巧克力ganache, 刮刀铺平后放入冰箱里冷藏20分钟左右。

4. 将蛋糕取出后,用量杯顺着蛋糕边缘做巧克力酱滴落下的效果, 然后倒部分在表面,用刮刀铺平。 用剩余的打发过的chocolate ganache裱几朵小花, 放上马卡龙,草莓和蓝莓。

5. 简单不花哨但超级美味的巧克力慕斯就做好了, 切上一块配上咖啡或者英式红茶,美美哒来一个惬意舒适的下午茶。

原料
淡奶油 300毫升
巧克力豆 150克
香草精华 几滴

装饰
草莓 一颗
蓝莓 5-8颗
马卡龙 2颗

Ingredient
Pure Cream 300ml
Chocolate chips 150g
A few drops of Vanilla extract

Garnish
Strawberry 1pc
Blueberry 5-8pcs
Macaroon 2 pcs
