Eating Cleaner No Longer Works | Now What?

Reaching 15% body fat or lower often starts with changing habits like eating clean. When you make swaps for foods that are cleaner you are simply create a caloric deficit. You could also just reduce total calories but keep those same foods.

Eating clean has its' benefits for sure. Those foods are usually higher in volume, help with satiety and loaded with vitamins and minerals.

What do you do when eating clean no longer works?

How much sugar can you eat and still lose fat? As much as you want if it fits your daily goals, and i have been using high sugar foods for years.

We need to remove the idea that one diet is best for all, instead we need to use an approach where calories are the focus, macros are in the proper ranges and food enjoyment is a consideration!
