Meghan Markle has introduced the world to a 4-hour Zucchini Bolognese that has us wondering, why 4-hours? It's not like we're braising beef so we're super interested what this magic sauce is about especially a celebrity recipe. We love pasta and any reason to make more at home is a win and this sauce is screaming our name...invest 4 hours of your time in turning this into a melted mesh. Meghan Markle is known for her healthy lifestyle, Duchess or not, so we think she may be on to something. Let's simmer the sh*t of out this zucchini and see if she's onto something! QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Zucchini's come in all sizes, use what you think you'll eat. 4 large Zucchini's covered 1/2 box of Rigatoni.
2. Please please we stress watch your sauce and don't walk away longer than 30 minutes. You will need to keep stirring to avoid it burning.
3. Add water every time you stir to ensure it doesn't dry up. Start with 1/4 cup.
4. Soooo good, you'll wish you made the entire box of rigatoni and more sauce!
