Celebrity Recipe Review: Drew Barrymore's Halibut Milanese

Who knew Drew Barrymore was a great cook? I mean, the girl can do it all. She's an actress, talk show host, has a makeup line and is eternally cool so adding great cook makes sense. Drew shared her recipe for an easy Halibut Milanese with People Magazine and we love it. It's usually Chicken Milanese but switching it out for this firm fish makes the dish even lighter but packed full of flavor. Do not skip the salad, it looks simple but oh boy it's delish and takes this fish to another level. You can try other fish, but we found that a firmer fish went better but it's delicious whichever way you decide to go. Just make sure to go into the kitchen and make this recipe by Drew Barrymore!

QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. No where on the dish does it call to season the fish or breading. Do not skip this step, salt your fish and salt your panko breadcrumbs.
2. Make the salad ahead so it's ready to go when your fish is hot off the pan!
3. If you plan to use a delicate green like mixed greens, don't dress the salad until you're ready to serve. We loved the arugula!
4. If halibut is out of your budget, try another white fish like Cod. It won't be as firm but the flavors are still there.
