TikTok Recipes - Cloud Bread, What is this and why are we doing it?
What is this TikTok Cloud Bread that everyone is obsessing over? Will it taste as good as it looks? I mean it's a big fluffy cloud that looks like cotton candy so it has to, right? The question is if this is going to taste eggy or a sweet dessert? Only way to find out is make it together! Let's whip up this magic bread, the hardest part is picking the color. Don't forget the sprinkles, but forget the bacon - trust us!

QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Use room temperature eggs. They'll be fluffier when you beat. If you forget or don't have the time, we found that you can just crack the eggs, separate the whites and place the bowl in a larger bowl with warm water. After 10 minutes, it's good to go.
2. Don't get any egg yolk in the batter, it won't fluff.
3. You'll need about 2-3 drops of food coloring to get the full effect. It'll be pastel, if you want brighter go for 4.
4. Very sticky to take off parchment paper, so oil your fingers before handling!
