Diet tips: 💯

🥦 Eat healthy as possible.
💦 Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
🍠 Eat more foods that’s rich in fiber.
🥑 Don’t be afraid of fats and carbs but consume in moderation if you want to lose weight.
🍳 Load more protein on your diet.
🍗 Slowly decrease your calorie intake if you want to lose weight.
🥗 Never starve yourself, never skip meals and never consume high in calories food that’s empty in nutrients.

Don’t forget to warm up before doing this workout. Do some stretching.👇🏻
