99/1 Lean Ground Turkey SMASH Burger

Macros for each Burger:
377 Cals, 30g Carbs, 7g Fat, 48g Protein!

*Added 1g Fat per burger for the cooking spray

Ingredients (makes 3 Burgers):
16oz 99/1 Lean Ground Turkey
60g Roasted Red Peppers (I used jarred ones from store)
Fresh Chopped Parsley & Cilantro
Fresh Chopped Green Onion
Sea Salt
15g Panko Bread Crumbs

*Used a regular Brioche Bun which was 150 cals, 30g Carbs, 3g Fat, 5g Protein
Crispy Purple Sweet Potato Fries

Macros for the 1/4 the Batch:
173 Cals, 40g Carbs, 1g Fat, 2g Protein

*Added 1g Fat for each serving from the butter spray

Ingredients:
1 Large Purple Sweet Potato (about 500g)
Non Stick Butter Spray
Sea Salt
