Baked Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Skillet

Macros for the WHOLE Skillet w/out Ice Cream:
593 Cals, 74g Carbs, 16g Fat, 40g Protein!

Ingredients (makes 1 skillet):
60g Oats (I ground them into oat flour but this is optional)
15g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code "FDL" saves you 15% on proteincookiebutter.com
15g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
10g All Purpose Flour
6g Coconut Flour
4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
5g Baking Soda
1 Large Egg
50g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
50g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
15g Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1.) Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F.
2.) Add all your dry ingredients into your bowl (except mini chocolate chips) and mix to avoid clumping. Now combine with your wet ingredients until you have a cookie dough like consistency.
3.) I used a 6.5in cast iron skillet to cook this in but you can use whatever baking dish you’d like. Spray your skillet with non stick cooking spray and add your dough.
4.) Bake for 15 minutes and then it’s time to enjoy! Add some ice cream on top for that nice warm/cold contrast!

*Bake time can vary depending on your oven and also what consistency you are looking for. If you want even more doughy, then go with 12ish minutes. If you want a hybrid of cookie and cake, then 15 minutes is that sweet spot.

* There are a few subs you can do to lower the cals but just be careful that it might mess with the consistency.

- You can sub All Purpose Flour for more Protein Powder if you want to up the protein and lower the carbs.
- If you do not have Protein Cookie Butter Powder, you can sub in Powdered PB.
- You can sub 50g Egg Whites for the Large Egg.
