Low Calorie/High Protein Crunchy Cheeseburger Dippers!
Crunchy Cheeseburger Dippers Recipe!
Macros per Cone Dipper:
114 Cals, 12g Carbs, 2g Fat, 12g Protein!
Ingredients (Makes 16 Dippers):
4 Large Tortillas (mine was 34g carbs per)
16oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
5 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
Egg Whites for Egg White Wash
Sesame Seeds
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Season ground beef with garlic powder and sea salt. From ground beef into a bit patty to help make It easier to break up when cooking.
2.) Preheat stove top pan to a 7/10 heat. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Add ground beef to pan and cook till your desired level of wellness. But we wary that these are going into the oven too so I’d err on the side of a little less cooked than you’d like!
3.) Once ground beef is done, slice up each tortilla into 4 triangles. Repeat for all 4 tortillas.
4.) Now lay 1 of your triangles down and brush egg white wash onto the edge of the tortilla.
5.) Next, take 1/3 of your cheese slice and add to one side of the triangle (watch video for this) and then add your ground beef. Roll as tightly as you can and then pinch the egg tip shut. Repeat this process for all 16!
6.) Take a large oven safe pan and line it with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with non stick cooking spray. Then add your dippers to the pan. Brush more egg white wash onto the dippers and sprinkle your sesame seeds on top.
7.) Add to preheated oven for 6-8 minutes till golden! Then enjoy!
