8 MIN. BACK WORKOUT for better posture - upper & lower back

This upper body burner workout will definitely give you a better posture, more upper & lower back muscles and strength in your whole core as well. I am not a fan of an upper body workout but it’s necessary to train it as well as the lower body. It’s quick and you could also do it 2 times or choose another one of my back / upper body workouts. Combine my workouts all together for better results.
